Due to our diligence and our way of work, it is highly unlikely, yet not impossible. Before we finish your order, you will receive a very detailed e-mail with tons of photos with your design. Upon your confirmation, we fulfill the order and send it out. Should it not be according to your wishes, you have the option to get it redone at only 50% and a gift card to use in future purchases.

It varies a lot depending on the size of your order. The bigger the order, the longer it takes for it to be processed. It mostly lies somewhere between 3-4 days to 2 weeks.
